Courgettes are not something normally eaten raw but have you tried making them into a cream? It’s wonderfully light, with a slightly sweet flavour that all the family can enjoy. It contains only vegetables and a touch of fruit. It does not contain any milk or cream, making it low-calorie, ideal as a side dish or for a light dinner.


Courgette, carrot purée, onion, extra-virgin olive oil, red pepper, salt, vinegar and ginger.
